Are you an enthusiastic and advanced dancer, who’d love to perform with an orchestra of forthy musicians? Please keep reading, because this might totally be your call!
Het Huisorkest and Sophia Maria Kienhuis will join forces in June 2024, to co-create a performance around the theme of fairytales. You will perform in the Parnassos theater!

Fairytales are often stories about the dark forces of humanity and the magical world, told in a seemingly light manner, with beautiful looks. So this is what we are aiming to create: choreographies, beautiful looks and a simple storyline connecting them together.

Sophia Maria Kienhuis will be the choreographer, yet, she might also ask you to create parts of the dance(s) yourselves. If you have danced for at least one season at Parnassos or elsewhere, you can apply via the link. Max. 16 people can join the project.
 
Rehearsals will take place on the following dates:

• Wednesday the 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th of June between 18:00-20:30
• The 19th of June, we are planning to do a general rehearsal with the orchestra from 20:30-22:30, so we have one more week to make adjustments and practice.
• Performances will take place the 29th of June 2024 (in the evening, after another general rehearsal in the afternoon) and on Sunday the 30st of June in the afternoon and evening.
