Belly dancing is an ancient dance form that originated in the Middle East and North Africa and has spread throughout the world. Originally a dance primarily performed together at events like weddings, it has now evolved into a captivating show dance, often associated with tales from Arabian Nights.

Belly dancing is characterized by the ability to move your hips, abdomen, and shoulders independently. With so many possibilities in these isolations, you can continue to discover and learn endlessly. By engaging the muscle groups in your hips, abdomen, back, and shoulders, you become stronger and more flexible. It is a safe form of dancing and a delightful way to release tension from your body.

Attire:
We dance barefoot, btut dance shoes are also allowed. To better observe the movements, it is recommended to wear clothes that fit closely to your body. Wearing a hip scarf is optional.
