Entry Requirements: Writing experience is not required.

Do you love spoken word and want to learn how to write and perform your own piece? Then this course is for you! Spoken word is an art form that sits between poetry and performance. For seven weeks, you will learn about the structure and style of a spoken word piece, what makes a performance great, and most importantly, we will search for your unique voice! We will play with language, gather lots of inspiration, and have a lot of fun.

At the end of the course, there will be a showcase where you will perform your piece. So, invite all your friends and family to come and watch.

It is a short 7-week course, where the group process and mutual trust is important. That is why we ask you to attend all classes (of course, you may fall ill one time, which cannot be planned). Do you know in advance that you won't be able to make it? Then please choose another nice course.
