Nina works as an actress, performer, theatre maker and voice therapist. Attracted to the healing and connecting power of theatre, she explored the playing field between theatre and ceremony after graduating from the HKU Actors' Training Programme.

During several long trips around the world, she came into contact with indigenous traditions and rituals, mythical stories and inspiring forms of self-expression. She currently weaves her experiences into interactive theatre performances, spoken word performances and musical cocoa ceremonies with the collective Kakao Express.

Besides her own creations, she also enjoys guiding others in liberating word and sound in various workshop programmes. In 2023, she completed the 2-year training as a teacher of Voice Liberation and now shares her enthusiasm for the free voice.
